Contact by WhatsApp

If you give us your telephone number in a form on this website, we may contact you on WhatsApp at that number in order to deal with your enquiry. The notice appears in the form itself, next to the submit button, before you send it.

The first reply may come from a virtual assistant, which tells you so from the outset and never passes itself off as a person. It asks questions, gives guidance and hands the conversation over to a member of our team. You can ask to speak to a person at any time, and you can ask us to stop messaging you by replying on WhatsApp itself.

Legal Basis for Processing

• Dealing with your request (replying to you, preparing a feasibility study, contacting you by telephone or WhatsApp): steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, Article 6.1.b GDPR.
• Managing the transaction if you decide to engage our services: performance of the contract, Article 6.1.b GDPR.
• Complying with legal obligations in tax, accounting and property-credit intermediation matters: Article 6.1.c GDPR.

Retention Period

We keep the data of an enquiry that does not lead to a transaction for a maximum of two years from the last contact. If you become a client, the data of the transaction is kept for the periods required by the applicable legislation, and is then blocked until the corresponding liabilities lapse.

Providers That Process Your Data

We do not sell or disclose your data. To provide the service we rely on providers acting as data processors:

• Vercel Inc. — website and application hosting.
• Supabase — the database where enquiries and case files are stored.
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — WhatsApp Business, if contact is made through that channel.
• Anthropic, through Vercel AI Gateway — the model that produces the assistant's first reply on WhatsApp.
• Google Ireland Ltd. — appointment scheduling and address normalisation.

Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, the transfers rely on the safeguards provided for in Chapter V GDPR.

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, nor third-party tracking tools.

Users' Rights

As a user, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request the rectification or erasure of your data
• Request the restriction of the processing of your data
• Object to the processing of your data
• Request the portability of your data
• Withdraw any consent you have given, without this affecting processing carried out beforehand
